Excessive speeds as defined in OCGA 40-14-8 shall be subject to the following action. These will serve as a baseline and can be increased or decreased based on the resident’s history of speeding, previous violations, as well as conditions including but not limited to wet roads, pedestrian traffic, and time of day.
- Warning letter
- Loss of automatic gate privileges for a period of two months.*
- Loss of automatic gate privileges for a period of one month with a $250 reactivation fee.*
- Loss of automatic gate privileges for a period of two months with a $300 reactivation fee.*
