Annual dues fee is $1400 and for anyone paying currently, there’s an 8% late fee. We are charging a 3% convenience fee for online payments to cover the processing fee which is a direct passthrough of our cost from our credit card processing company. $1558 is the charged amount for online payments. You can avoid this fee by mailing a check to the following address.
