  Annual Members Meeting Notice, January 18, 2024

To: Dutch Island Homeowners’ Association Members: 

In accordance with the By-laws of Dutch Island Homeowners’ Association Inc., notice is hereby given of the 2022 Annual Members Meeting to be held at 6:30pm EST, Thursday, January 18, 2024 at St. Thomas Episcopal Church located at 2 St. Thomas Ave, Savannah, GA 31406

 Please note that this meeting will begin promptly at 6:30PM.

The purpose of the Annual Meeting will be to discuss :

• Past, present, and future projects 
• Slate of Board Members Vote
• Updated Covenants Vote
• Financial Report
• Committee Reports
  • Security
  • Roads
  • Amenities
• Reserve Study

We hope you will attend as it is essential to have your representation in the affairs of your Association. If you do not plan to attend, please sign the attached attendance proxy in order to help establish an attendance quorum required to call the Annual Meeting into session. In order to have a quorum the Association needs at least 10% of those eligible to attend either in person or by proxy. The proxy should be mailed or emailed as soon as possible and will be accepted up until 6:30 PM on January 18,  2024.

The Association needs your participation. If you will not be present at the meeting, please do not lay this notice aside before you have signed and returned the enclosed proxy. Please feel free to return this proxy in one of the following ways:
