Located near Isle of Hope and along the Herb River with access to the Intercoastal Waterway, Dutch Island is a premier waterfront residential community consisting of approximately 500 homes on over 500+ acres. Amenities include 24 hour gated security entrance, a 500 foot dock and boat launch, a pool and kiddie pool, tennis courts, playground, basketball court, and an athletic field. All our amenities are all included in one annual HOA fee. The community also manages our numerous lagoons and common areas for our resident’s enjoyment. With its laid back island lifestyle combined with its abundant amenities and family friendly activities, we hope that you will enjoy living here and one day call it home!

Recreational Areas
Dutch Island offers residents a variety of amenities included in your annual HOA dues. There is a playground and a basketball court located near the pool area. Our lagoons are managed by the association and are accessible to residents for fishing by surrounding common areas.
Boat Ramp & Dock
Tucked back in the Herb River with limited boat traffic and inside a no wake zone, the community dock and boat ramp are one of our most treasured assets included in our amenities.
Tennis Courts
The tennis courts feature two regulation sized courts, along with lighting so that you can enjoy an evening tennis match! The tennis courts are adjacent to one of the many marsh areas of the island, so you will get to enjoy an island breeze to cool you off from even the most heated of neighborly competitions!
